How it works

One portal for the whole event lifecycle.

HolstonCast handles the event lifecycle so your team isn't stitching together separate tools before and after every event. You schedule the event and run the room; everything on either side of that happens on its own.

1

Schedule

Announce the event and share one branded link. Broadcasts get their encoder credentials on the same screen. No dashboards to learn.

2

Warm Up

Viewers arrive early to a branded waiting page and can chat before the feed starts. Joining unlocks only when the session is truly ready, so nobody stares at a dead screen.

3

Go Live

Your host runs the room: admit the waiting room, put speakers on the stage, moderate chat, and control access. HolstonCast decides what each role can do — nobody can promote themselves.

4

Record

Every event is recorded automatically. Nothing to remember to press before you start.

5

Transcribe

A searchable transcript is generated after the event, so viewers and staff can find the moment that matters.

6

Summarize

An AI summary captures the key points, ready to publish or keep internal.

7

Archive

The recording, transcript, and summary land in a searchable replay archive under your brand — a lasting record, not a link that expires.

Access gates

You decide who gets in, per event.

Public

Anyone with the link. A name and a quick check, nothing more.

Code

A shared passcode you hand out for a semi-private event.

Email

A one-time code sent to the viewer, so you know who watched.

Members

Signed-in accounts only, for internal or paid audiences.
